The Boulevard at Brick is a 3 story slab on grade elevator serviced 120 apartment unit project in Ocean County, NJ  In addition to the 4 residential buildings, the project included a 5,000 sf clubhouse and a maintenance office with garage.  As General Contractor, Heartstone Development in partnership with Wimborough Builders, completed the entire project in 14 months and under budget.
