After spending 15 years with two of the region’s largest residential developers and a lifetime in construction following both his father and grandfather, Clay Bonny, along with his wife Maria, founded Heartstone Development in 2000. Prior to Heartstone, Clay was Director of Construction and Finance for the Matzel & Mumford Organization, Inc. and before that was the Senior Project Manager and Director of the New York Division for K. Hovnanian Enterprises.
